Welcome to Northhaven Cavapoos. By accessing this website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an application.
1. Who We Are
Northhaven Cavapoos is a family Cavapoo breeding program. Contact: northhavencavapoo@yahoo.com.
2. Informational Website
Content on this site (including puppy listings, blog posts, pricing summaries, and FAQs) is for general information. Puppies, timelines, and availability can change. Photos and descriptions are representative; individual puppies vary.
3. Applications & Waitlist
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a puppy, litter, color, gender, or delivery date.
- We may approve, decline, or pause any application at our discretion in the best interest of the puppy and family match.
- Waitlist fee: $300. Reservation fee to hold a specific puppy: $800 (applied toward the $1,200 puppy cost). Remaining balance is due as stated in your signed contract.
- Preferred payment methods include Apple Pay, Zelle, and Chime, as confirmed in writing after approval.
4. Purchase / Adoption Contract Controls
The binding terms for any puppy placement—including price, fees, health guarantee, refunds, returns, ownership transfer, pickup, and delivery—are set out in the written Purchase & Health Guarantee Contract you review and sign before reservation is finalized.

Website summaries do not replace the signed contract. If there is a conflict, the signed contract controls for that placement.
5. Conditions of Sale (Summary)
- Puppies are placed only with approved applicants.
- A signed contract is required before a puppy is reserved or released.
- Ownership transfers only after contract requirements and payment terms are satisfied.
- Buyers are responsible for local, state, and international pet travel/import rules when delivery is chosen.
- We may decline or cancel a placement if we believe it is not in the puppy’s best interest.

6. Intellectual Property
Site text, branding, logo, and photos are owned by Northhaven Cavapoos or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse content for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false application information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation.
8. Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose outside what is expressly stated in a signed contract.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northhaven Cavapoos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. Any liability related to a puppy sale is limited as stated in the signed Purchase & Health Guarantee Contract.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable United States jurisdiction where Northhaven Cavapoos operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed contract specifies otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
